Privacy
TalentVeri is designed around UK GDPR principles: evidence is reviewable, people stay in control of every external message, and candidate data is retained only for a defined period after a candidate is closed.
This page explains how the product is built. It is not a substitute for a formal privacy policy.
What TalentVeri stores
- Candidate details and CVs uploaded by a reviewer
- Extracted CV entries, evidence files and third-party confirmations
- Due-diligence reports and a time-limited audit log of actions
Retention and deletion
The default retention period is six months after a candidate is closed. Organisations can choose three, six or twelve months, or a custom period. When that date is reached, TalentVeri deletes CV files, evidence files, extracted content and personal data that is no longer required. Reviewers can also delete a candidate immediately.
Candidate and third-party forms
Secure links show who is asking, why, how the information will be used, how long it is kept, and how to get in touch. Submission requires an explicit consent checkbox.
